How to Choose Toys That Actually Survive
We’ve all been there: the adorable plush toy, destroyed in 11 minutes. Here’s what we’ve learned (the hard way) about picking toys with staying power:
The squeeze test
If you can easily poke your thumb through it, so can they. Look for dense stitching and reinforced seams.
Match the toy to the chewer
Gentle nibblers do fine with plush. Power chewers need rubber or rope. Know your beast.
Size matters
Too small = choking hazard. Too big = ignored. Aim for “can carry proudly in mouth.”
Rotate, don’t hoard
Three toys in rotation feel like nine. Put the rest away and swap weekly — instant novelty.
Our play sets are tested by Biscuit himself. If it survives him, it’ll survive anything. 🎾
